Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 2-4 business days of receipt.  If there are any issues that may delay your order, such as a product being out of stock, we will get in touch by email and advise you.  All orders are shipped direct from us in Melbourne, Australia.  We do not have any online dealers based in any other countries at this stage.

Sorry we don’t offer local pickup.

International Shipping
Yes we ship internationally, simply add the items to your cart, input your address at the checkout and the shipping cost will be shown before you need to enter any payment details.

Domestic Shipping Options
Orders within Australia are shipped using standard Parcel or Express post with Australia Post.  Shipping time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.  If you need express shipping, or if you’re local to us in Melbourne and need your parts urgently, please get in touch and we can accommodate with express shipping or courier.

International Shipping Options
We offer both DHL and Australia Post shipping options for international shipments.  Simply add the items you are interested in to your cart and head to the checkout to see the shipping options as follows, in order from fastest to slowest:

Taxes on International Shipments
Any taxes and duties on a shipment are the responsibility of the receiver, and we cannot advise on any costs which may be incurred importing our products into your country.  The shipping documents for international orders will reflect the accurate cost and type of items in the package.
