The kit will give firm and consistent pedal feel for high performance and track driving, without the poor feel that the brake booster gives.  You can brake later and more consistently with better feel for the locking threshold of the tyres.  The kit provides the correct pedal ratio for comfortable pedal effort.  An OEM master cylinder is used for reliability and safety.
 
To install this kit in your car you will need to source a master cylinder from a Honda Civic 1996 – 2000 (EK generation)
 
  • If you have 262mm (or smaller) front rotors we recommend using the 13/16″ master cylinder
  •  If you have 282mm (or larger) front rotors we recommend using the 7/8″ master cylinder
 
We source our master cylinders from a local pick-a-part wreckers where they can be had for a reasonable price but of course you can also source new from Honda.
 
 
You will also have to make new brakes lines from the master cylinder to your prop valve.  You can use either the OEM proportioning valve or an aftermarket item.

    Super easy to install. You can take out the whole assy, or just take out the pedal itself. In the process of waiting for wheels so I can go drive it.

    A quality product, but I bought based on the install instructions which are wrong for my USDM 90 Civic Hatch. Dropping the brake pedal for a correct install requires dropping complete pedal box along with steering column and several other parts. Turns a 20 minute job into a much more complicated procedure. It is not just one 14mm bolt to drop the brake pedal like described in the install instructions.
