Alignment settings with high castor and camber values create steering geometry that induces toe-in of the front wheels as the suspension compresses

This is what is commonly referred to as bumpsteer

This is a bad thing because it reduces tyre grip 

We developed our adjustable tie rod kit to solve this problem

Our kit is designed to allow the height of tie rod end to be adjusted to correct for the drop in height caused by inclining the knuckle for greater camber and castor

For example, with our kit, it is possible to have castor values of +3 degrees and camber values of -3 degrees with bumpsteer behaviour that matches a stock Civic, Integra or CRX

Our tie rod kit can be used to correct the steering geometry of streetcars, track day cars, time attack and door to door racing cars

Note that there are two different variations of the OEM tie rod for the ED/EF models, the standard as fitted the majority of models, and the tie rod with shorter overall length as fitted to EF8/EF9 SiR models and their equivalents in other markets.  Please select the correct type when ordering.
