How it Works
The OE Honda Clutch Delay mechanism can be thought of as a stiff diaphragm. As the pressure in the clutch line changes, this diaphragm is deflected. Honda has tuned the stiffness of this diaphragm to produce their desired clutch actuation delay.
The Honed CDV Delete replaces the diaphragm with a rigid body that is stiff enough to not result in any delay effect.
There is a a channel that acts like a pipe bridging the original inlet and outlet ports.

In the case of the GE-GK Fit/Jazz, DC5 Integra, FD Civic and CL9 Accord, the CDV valve is part of the clutch master cylinder. The Honed CDV plate can be installed in a similar way.
Note for GK Jazz
Our records show the factory clutch master is Honda part number 46925-TA0-305, which takes Honed CDV Delete part number HDP45-06. However, one customer with a GK Fit/Jazz found their car was fitted with a 46920-TA0-305 clutch master, which looks like the image below and requires Honed part number HDP45-07.
