Since my Sedan project car is a track only vehicle and probably still 6-12 months away from being completed I recently picked up a 96′ Civic CXI to use for R&D
My plan is to keep this car at a more relatable ride height and to and showcase the installation of Honed products
Baseline modifications are:
MCA Blue coilovers with 15kg front springs and 9 kg rear springs
15″ x 6″ wheels with 205/50/15 tyres
Hawk HP+ front pads
Rear disc brake conversion
I’m going to make videos installing the various products that we’ve developed for the platform and try to chronicle the driving impressions before and after
Eventually it will end up fitted with:
– Air Guides
– Aluminium steering rack bushes
– Front roll centre correction ball joints
– Rear roll centre correction brackets
– Adjustable tie rod kit
– Booster Delete
I’ll be daily driving the car to work everyday and using it at track events at Winton and Sandown circuits
